Upgraded from a z30 and I think I made the right choice.

    PROS
    . Looks good and premium
. Good weight and feel, fits in jean pockets like nothing and securely in my jacket
. Keyboard is awesome both physical and software
. Screen is very good, awesome reading ebooks and other documents

    CONS

. Space key is in a good spot for me but mine feels harder to click than the others buttons
    . Very slippery
. Back smudges very easily (not a big enough issue to change my opinion on the phone, just nitpicking
. Scrolling and swiping on keyboard sometimes lags

    OVERALL
I really like the device and feel like if I can break in the space button l'll be typing faster than on any other device I've owned so far.

    Questions:
    1. What are the keyboard shortcuts
2.whats a good case that offers just enough protection, but isn't bulky
    3. How long before the battery becomes better (properly synchronized)

To have the keyboard shortcuts you need to update the os to 10.3.1

Get the BB hard case. It great and the back texture offers great grip. Enjoy it!

Shortcuts are listed in a very helpful thread in the pp section here at crackberry, look for it... the cases, I have the hard shell and the amzer, and now the seidio combo... the hard shell is minimalist, the amzer gives more protection all around and almost no bulk... the battery has been great to me, I monitor once in a while the apps with the task manager just to be sure I don't have one running even after it was closed down

Nothing a small strip of black electrical tape to go between the phone and case (to fill in the gap) can't handle.

The BlackBerry hard case should fit nice & tight... something is not right about that looseness ...get it replaced imho...

I got a stilgut case (amazon)... fit & finish are great

My space key feels the same as the others... that doesn't seem ok... call BlackBerry about that is my recommendation.

The live demo unit at my rogers store also has a sticky space key. But I'll call them, happy about the direct support from them!
