The directions are step by step. You should do them all. I just noticed on step 8 I have (Start here). Please ignore that. That was a note I made to myself.

If you're unable to download the actual Sachesi program...then pack it in. You'll need Sachesi...as it's integral to the process. I've used these directions to update a Q10 a Z10 and now my Passport. All multiple times. It's never failed.

Att last update. July 2015. BlackBerry OS update in Sept and Oct 2015 cured the att Passport problems.

The problems were fixed soon after att cut support after the MANDATORY. USA GOV sponsored update to all phones.

I was hoping the 10.3.3 update would fix the no service issue on my ATT passport, but, alas. Has anyone heard of how to fix this issue? I messaged BB and they said when they figure it out, they will post in their knowledge base. I used Sachesi to update and it was perfect, BTW

Pfffft. Att towers are to blame. Depends where you are. Also towers can report LTE and actually be 4g speed. It's a wicked world. Report to FCC.

Why do you say mandatory by US government update?

It wasn't US Government mandated. It was State of California mandated. They required any carrier operating in, or phone sold in California to have a theft protection feature.

The carriers just weren't about to provide separate OSs for different parts of the country.

Thanks for taking the time to post this. I'd also like to verify steps 7 & 8. Am I copying the radio and core files into the debrick subfolder and selecting the debrick subfolder to install? The step says all the files are in the debrick folder, but then says to select the 10.3.1.2726 folder, which reads as though it is the original folder, and not the subfolder.

Yes...the folder you select should be the Debrick folder which you will also have copied in the contents of the other two folders into. So in that Debrick folder is the larger unpacked contents folder. Into that folder you copy the Radio and the Core files and that is what you select for the update.

I found a page on Crackberry where it says, "Note: Loading the prior 10.3.3 release on STL100-1 devices resulted in errors and did not properly install. First of all, the AT&T Z10 is the STL100-3, so you would use the file related to that model... the warning does not apply to your model.

10.3.3. loaded just fine on my AT&T Z10 (still locked since I'm on AT&T and never had a need to unlock it).

I also got an update for my att passport and I can't really tell the difference except that snap doesn't work anymore so I downloaded google playstore instead.
