All is well for me. Did OTA on an unlocked ATT Passport. Now running 10.6.1.652 with no problems. Had some Device Monitor issues at first, but seems to be fixed now. Hopefully I didn't just jinx it and it starts messing up haha.

Pardon my ignorance but doesn't the Passport use 10.3 while older BlackBerries and the upcoming Classic will be on 10.3.1?

Updated mine OTA yesterday and just today experienced the flickering apps. Pressed both volume buttons to reset the device and its been fine since. Honestly worth it so far to me.

This release is running fine now after settling down from the lag it had at first.

Defiantly not meant for release as it still has the diagnostics trick.

I'll give it another day or two before I decide if I'm going back to official.

It doesn't seem to have too much of the lag and frame drops now.

And Simpsons Tapped Out loads. But it's very laggy.

The Passport will also be bumped onto 10.3.1 once it rolls out, as it contains a number of new features.

I realise that it is very early days, but how has the initial battery life been compared to 10.3.0 ?

I have seen a number of reports of poor initial performance in the leaks thread, but nothing from a Passport user.

Also seeing general reports of weak signal and low notification volume, but again, there has been very little feedback from passport owners, so how has it been for you guys who have been running it for a good few hours ?

Considering making the switch over the weekend, but don't want to take a backwards step from what I have now as .1418 is running fine.

I've noticed softer audio for notifications, signals appear to be the same or of negligible difference. Battery seems a little poorer, but it may need a couple days (again) to settle in. Those are my brief assessments.

I will say, the clock and bedside mode/alarms got a minor refresh.

I have to roll back to official 10.3.0.1418

This 10.3.1.1016 build is not good.

    It was worth the try!

After a days use, battery life is about the same. Maybe a little better, but no noticeable if I wasn't checking usage compared to battery life. Also, my signal dropping issues have been solved which is fantastic. Not sure about signal strength in areas where it was a problem before, but I'll update this post when I find out

Ok I did not have any major issues, but that changed today. Was getting the flickering screen in the hub. I'm also noticing a lot of lag and delay. Very frustrating indeed

It definitely wasn't official if it has the CPU+diagnostics monitor screen. . .

Sounds to me like it accidentally got pushed to the official servers at AT&T instead of the testing servers

Have had it for a day now and have had no problems. Had the flickering screen when I first installed it but did a complete shut down and reboot and all was well. The couple small bugs I had prior to the update seem fixed and battery life today has been very good as well. So far I'm glad they made the mistake.

Day 2 on the 10.3.1 and I am happy to report I am not seeing any flickering apps.

Everything runs fine and smooth. Keyboard shortcuts are just joyful to use.

Only complaint I have is the noticeable difference in volume. I was able to hear all the notifications pretty clearly on volume dot in middle of the scale, but in order to have the same volume, I have to put the dot almost near to the right.

I had the flickering and lag, frame rate drops.

I wiped the device and used an autoloader to put me back on 10.3 official

The lag is coming back when you do some heavy work like installing apps... so this os is only lag free on the passport if it is doing 'nothing'

10.3.1 seems to run fine on the Q and Z but not on the passport. It looks like the put in the wrong graffic engine drivers ore something like this. Very laggy when the cpu runs more than 20%...

And a lot of bugs that are not present when you install 10.3.1 on the f.e. Q
Like zooming in the calendar (it does not work on the pp but on Q)

Notification settings also does not work for sure, sometimes the settings are recognised, sometimes not.

If you got an calender invitation via email in the hub, you can not accept it any more correctly, the confirmation is not sent (validated with EAS Traveler)

So in my opinion this build was accidentally pushed by carriers, it is NOT working flawlessly on the passport, but seems to be much better on Q / Z
