    Do you think the update will come out for the passport first or do you think the the update will come on the classic then the passport. I am hoping that the release it on the passport first.

    Classic first, then other BB10 devices. The Classic is the device that tries to recover as much as possible of the BBOS experience in BB10. Many of the enhancements in 10.3.1 try to do just that.

    With an unlocked phone, do I have to wait for ATT to release OS updates, or will it come straight from BlackBerry?

    You can get it straight from blackberry all you need to do is turn off the network and use wifi to get the update when is available
