While some ShopBB/Amazon purchased devices have received the update, a lot still haven't (like myself with my Z30). Not sure what the percentage is one way or the other but I guess their setup/servers don't allow for everyone to get it all at once... unfortunately.

By the time I get it, it may be through my carrier (Virgin/Bell) rather than BB directly since Bell is supposed to release it tomorrow anyways.

It's because the update for the passport has not been released yet, rogers will only be pushing it out near march. It's been mentioned in a few threads and is also on rogers site as well.

Quite a few Passport owners reported lots of flickering on 10.3.1. (leaks, and those who did receive the notification update). I haven't loaded any leaks on my Rogers Passport and I haven't received the update notification either. I guess we'll have to wait a little longer.

I've installed 10.3.1.1565 this evening OTA on my unlocked SIM free Carphone Warehouse purchased Passport with a UK SIM card in. I also updated an unlocked SIM free Carphone Warehouse purchased Q10 that had been wiped and contained no SIM card with 10.3.1.1565 OTA at the same time.

I have an unlocked passport bought from amazon. This doesn't apply to me when I take my SIM out.


Update: I just received the notification for the 10.3.1 so ya'll were right it just wasn't pushed to me yet. Now I just need to decide if I want to try my luck with the update or not haha!

If you bought it online from Amazon or Shop BB,you won't get the update from Rodgers

I had download the 10.3.1 on my z30 after many issues I decided to wipe the device and reinstall 10.3.1 but I only have to option for 10.2.1. I contacted Telus and advised that 10.3.1 was pulled because of an extremely high amount of user having issues same as myself.

So now I must wait....

If you're device is already wiped, see what happens when you try a web update. Connect to your PC via USB cable and wait for it to connect. Ensure Link is closed on PC, then go to this page...

Hello,

It seems that the update was pulled since saturday or sunday here in belgium. I updated about 10 devices with link and OTA with no problem. But now other devices won't update anymore.

The devices are Z30's from the same batch. I then tried to reload software on a device previously updated with 10.3.1, and link asked me to update in 10.2.1 so basicly � downgrade.

What's happening ? It's anoying because i have to rollout phones and don't want to rely on users or to call them back to update and explain the new features.

Just off the phone with blackberry and they pulled the 10.3.1 because there were too many issues...one as we all know about notification volume. They told me they are working on those issues and will roll it back out when they think they have it fixed....so in the meantime I wasnt too impressed so the support at blackberry helped me go back to 10.2.1
