The latest update is incompatible with the Passport - open your eyes and check the 100s of postings substantiating this.

Not to rant, just answers. Won't work for me on passport. Have uninstalled, rebooted, installed again. Issue seems to be it is looking for that online game community thing. Simon just waits endlessly for it. It was removed from the latest update - can't remember what the game community app was called but it recorded worldwide highscores etc.

Not looking for arguments, just annoyed that I have spent thousands on a number of Passports and the latest update has screwed some certified apps and also made notifications so quiet that you can't hear them - who's idea was that!

Yes you can restart or close and open the app when flickering usually fix the issue not the best solution but it is temporary work around until BlackBerry fix it

You asked for a video in the last thread and Toobs posted one - from his Passport!!

Clearly something went wrong during your OTA update. Maybe a network glitch during the download or something.

Before you grab your pitchfork and march on the Waterloo BlackBerry office, do yourself a favour and run the 10.3.1.2267 autoloader and start fresh.

Scoreloop was dropped Dec 1st, so nothing to do with 10.3.1.

Adobe Air apps do not work on 10.3.1 because devs did not bother to port or update after being given an 8 month warning.

Your notifications will be fine once you learn how to adjust them properly.

Personally, I would run a full back up through link, then factory reset, sign into BlackBerry ID, download just that app and try it. Then restore from backup and try again. Make sure it's not some corruption in game data etc causing the issue.

Ah I see that one is Scoreloop and yes BlackBerry has no longer using scoreloop again I think

That game app which contained high scores and leader boards was discontinued a long time ago. The lower notification sounds and flickering is a passport specific bug which should not have went through... so either pull back to 10.3.0 or wait for the hotfix.

Try everything out BEFORE you do a restore. That way you'll know if you have an issue with your backup.
