    I just got this update pushed to my Passport. Is this the one that has the flickering and notification issues or is it .1565?

    got the update today, so far no flickering, I did with 10.3.1.1450 and it was not that often when it did flicker, usually just close app and re open and would work fine

    Just FYI, 10.3.1.1581 is the Software Release version. The OS version is 10.3.1.2267.

    I see. The only thing I can see is the 1581. It didn't say anything in the description about the OS version #.

    On my Passport, 10.3.1.2267 I initially had some flickering, but a reset resolved. Runs great!

    Here's a couple of several ways to see your OS version:

    1. Got to Settings/About/OS. About is now towards bottom of Settings app. Tap the dropdown bar at top where it say Category: General and select OS instead.

    2. In virtually any field where you can type on your BB10 device, type myver and then a space. When you type myver you'll see something like:
    PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2267

    Most people are confused by this at first, it's not just you!

    I've installed every 10.3.1 leak and have had the random screen flicker. I've read the same in many threads. This isn't to say everyone has the issue.

    had flickering on camera app. Once I did soft reset it was gone. No other issues and really awesome!

    I've only experience it twice since I updated today. First, when I was watching a video on the stock browser and the second time in the stock music app. A restart did the trick, hasn't happened again!

    I have 1581. I had flickering in the camera ap exactly one time immediately after the upgrade. I rebooted the phone and haven't seen a flicker since. Of course I may encounter it again in the future, but so far no more flickering at all.

    Running leak 10.3.1.2072 for a while no flickering no sound problem.
    Just did a soft brick and install back factory default 10.3.0..
    and just did a update to 10.3.1.2267 no flickering no sound problem.

    I had the 10.3.1.1581 leak installed and tonight I got a 49MB update pushed to my phone; I'm with Bell in Canada; looks like my battery indicator froze at 100%.
    After the update I have the same software release#, so I do not know what the update did.
