    I am having an issue mounting the internal volumes on my Passport on my PC. There is no antivirus installed and firewall is turned off right clicking the volumes in device manager and selecting mount does not work. The same Passport works fine when connected to another laptop so I'm at a loss as to what is going wrong.

    Have you tried uninstalling BlackBerry Link, run Disk Cleanup (or CCleaner), restart your PC, then installing Link again?
