But actually, I say it very infrequently. I require people including patients and families to call me by my first name. I work with children. I'm a cheerleader, a fan, a friend...just one with a set of tools that hopefully can make things better for them.

Now on the other hand. There are many common tasks I have great difficulties doing myself. Exhibit A, still won't load an OS using an auto-loader or sachesi. BlackBerry or Carrier updates only. Absolutely cannot for the life of me figure out how to load an OS. Admittedly, I also burn toast on a daily basis. So go figure...lol.
