After getting an exclusive BB I thought we would get an early release of 7.1. But after seeing this

post I have given up all hope. I really don't think BB will release 7.1 or a 7.0 update for 9981 with Mobile Hotspot. And with the s..tty build quality(KB Backlight, Backdoor, wiggly keys, etc.) I'm beginning to regret purchasing 9981.
What do you guys think? Are you satisfied with your 9981?

I thought that you can update your p'9981 with the blod's 9900 software .
But in here (UAE) if you buy this phone you'll buy it for the look , nothing else , and everyone I saw that bought this device just doesn't care about the software , all they need is BBM .

I think OS 7.1 was released. I have not checked yet but I got an email from Blackberry support alerting me to the release.
