Yeah its for avoiding traffic conjestion. Not sure if there is anything else on there as thats all I tried. Hwy 401 is jammed up on the lanes given to the general public but the designated lane for the pan am games is bare and empty but the OPP are loving it as they are exceeding their ticket quota for July already! What a joke! Not sure who's idea it was but think it was a brutal decision for tax payers! A few million drivers compared to maybe one thousand at the very most???
