4012. Something on my phone is making the game jerky. I can't figure out which app is doing it, but the phone will continually do a push, or search for something, and I get an hourglass for about 3 seconds...but its enough to mess up the game. I often lose a life ball floating down when this happens, and I need as many as I can get, lol.

I don't know who has the highest score... I am at 265000 w/ 75 lives. I can't put it down. I lost my job and it seems to keep consuming me. I can't even watch my favorite sports... I have to play it while the game is on.
2.8 million with 1151 lives when phone crashed. Back up to 1,285,320 with 831 lives on new phone. I had read about someone reaching over 7 million with like 2100 lives. There were others who claimed higher but it did not seem likely unless they used cheats.
15900- Level 30 is my best. I always make the dumbest mistakes to end my runs.
Unfortunately I won't be using it as much till I put my OEM trackball back on. Switched to a black housing/trackball yesterday and the thing won't scroll nearly as well in the down or right direction as it will up and left. Puts Brickbreaker out of the question.
My current score is 25,190 and I am on level 14 the second time around the 34 levels and have 11 lives left...i'll post my score when I finish!
(15 minutes later)...
Wow! That was horrible!!! I got to level 18 and lost it all!!!! 27,350 final score...when the gray bricks get right at the bottom and you lose a life...its HARD to get the ball back in the game!!!
The brick breaker game has 34 levels and then cycles back to level one. The second time through the levels is the hardest because the software increases the speed. If you can manage to beat the second 34 levels, you are golden. What I mean is that the third and on times through the levels, the pace is more like the first time through. So, if you make it through the second level, it's relatively easy to score more lives than you need.
That's where the rub happens. For example, I'm on my 50th time through with 436 lives and a score of 821340. I gain about 9 lives each time through the levels. So, I never will loose and therefore never record my 'high' score. Anybody that breaks about the 55000 points barrier will end up in this situation.
There are things you learn for how to deal with the U-level and then the back and forth level two levels later. I once almost lost because I used the gun to modify some of the bricks. I lost several lives trying to figure out how to get the last bricks destroyed because of the limited angles of bounce. But, fortunately, it worked out and I moved on.
What will happen is my blackberry will eventually lock-up and pulling the battery to reset the device will erase my score and I'll start over. Since beating the game, I'd suggest that I've been through about 150 levels or so. That's probably conservative. -It's a complete waste of time.
I've seen people post 400,000 and 600,000 as their high score. I expect that they simply choose to loose lives so that they could post their current score.
