Seriously, is it to late to take a piece of that action? I'll lay odds all you conspiracy theorists are talking out of your @$$es and there will be a new leak a couple hours ago. No way to tell for sure though.
A better question, my illogical friend, is "what explains the leaks on the devices that have them?"
Your stuck in your OP faulty theory and haven't made the switch to the new, better theory. RIM doesn't like leaks. That explains the lack of leaks. The question is, how are we getting the few we do get?

Wow, you are quite the prognosticator.

lololololololol - thats a good one
Okay, I'm gonna join in on the side of the conspiracy theorists. If I were lucky joe software beta tester, wouldn't I only have access to OSs for my device since security is such an issue? These leaks have been coming in waves so whoever leaks them has access to more than one device's OS. Now it may not be RIM leaking them directly, maybe just leaving an NDA off a certain version of OS to insure that it's leaked.
The leak clampdown for CDMA is because RIM hates CDMA. There seems to be a pi$$ing contest between RIM and the CDMA carriers over poor quality devices on launch day. They have been nothing but trouble and embarrassment for RIM for over a year now. Eliminating OS leaks is one way to control complaints. If they are able to stop CDMA leaks and it seems they can, then they should be able to stop GSM leaks also. The fact that they haven't done so seems to support my viewpoint.
But it may be that I'm just full of it and/or need some medication :)

That would certainly explain why I can't get one on Sprint. 8330, tour?
