I am trying to uninstall the games and unnecessary apps that came pre-loaded with the device. From another post, I see the following method to remove third-party apps:

Options > Advanced Options > Applications > scroll to the application you wish to delete > Menu button > Delete

Is this the cleanest way to remove apps/games without leaving any residue?

Also, will removal of such items help in increasing available application memory?

    Thanks!

    use DM to remove apps.
I have read this advice a number of times on different posts, but I have no idea what DM is or how to access it to remove applications. Please explain.

    Thanks in advance...

DM is the desktop manager. Be sure you are using version 4.6 for the Bold.
