I have the Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330. I downloaded themes and games off of sites, but when I go to the Blackberry Desktop Manager, it connects and I click on Application Loader, it loads, and then says connected, but it says "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for that device that you have connected to computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator." I don't have the internet on my phone yet but, I would like to add some games/themes as soon as possible. BTW, I have Vista, if that makes any difference. Please Help. Thanks!

What file format are the files your downloading? alx files are installed with the desktop manager, but jad files are install OTA (Over The Air).

You need to install your 8330's OS on your computer as well as DM. Once that is installed, you will be able to install the files you want.
