You'd be able to submit high scores for all games and provide screenshots as proof. I think the community could use a place to compare high scores. Would anyone be interested and use it if I created it?

I would have to go with no. Screenshots can easily be photoshoped and I don't really care to much what other people are getting. Ain't going to go out of my way to find it. If the game showed the high scores of others then cool, but if not then I wouldn't care.
