I must admit that I am addicted to the 8100's brickbreaker game. Play it during downtime. Every now and then, the ball escapes the visual field and disappears into nowhere. Sometimes, you get the message "uncaught exception...out of bounds" but the ball never returns leaving you in limbo for that game. You must start a new game, losing the current game in progress. Again, sheepishly, I am on a record game here. Is there anyway to revive a game where the ball has disappeared into cyber land?
I have the same problem with my 8800 and have looked everywhere for the remedy! This is very frustrating and one can note that it seems to happen ONLY when I'm on a record game! Not really, but it feels like it. HELP!!!!!!!
I'm guessing that this is due to a glitch in the programing (code). If this is the case the only remedy would be if the developers of the game released a patch to fix the bug.
