You can easily install FB, TW & Linkedin.
But you CAN'T add the relative accounts.
Am I wrong?

AFAIK you can ONLY add email accounts. No social ones.
And this is what happened to me with your hybrid.
Can you check?

Yes.
When I try to login the OS opens the account setting page. From there (the right upper image you posted) I cannot add any social account.

All of the missing core apps are included in this build, to have a near complete. 1485. So short of having BBM video and voice, and Voice control, this will turn the Dev beta into a full OS
