I seem to be facing a peculiar problem. When I try logging in with my yahoo id and pw on Yahoo Messenger it says "Invalid User Id or Password". However it successfully logs in with the id and pw of a colleague in office. With my id and password I am able to log into the email account as well as into my Wap based Yahoo Messenger on my Blackberry device. So essentially my Yahoo id and PW seem to be having an issue on the Yahoo Messenger software on the device.
I tried reloading the Yahoo Messenger software online and rebooting my device - No Luck.
Vodafone folks reset my Yahoo Services - No Luck!
Has anyone seen this kind of a problem and is there a solution?
Have you re-entered your credentials into Yahoo? Maybe they got messed up some how. Thinking logically about the issue and the symptoms it would seem that the user/pw that it is trying to log in with are indeed incorrect.
