Odds are no it will not. Originally the plan was to include older models, but that isn't so as of now.

Will there be what? Did you not read the responses above? There's no definite yes or no right now. RIM originally said yes, now it's looking more like the answer is going to be no.

All i can say is that if Rim does not apply the new Blackberry Messenger etc. to the older phones like the Curve 8330, and especially given that Telus and Bell are moving to Hspa, the fallout and subsequent migration to I-phones may be fairly huge.

No, 5.0 will only be distributed to models that currently use OS 4.6 and up. 5.0 development has stopped for older models.

Well the fact of the matter is that it is being tested right now but will it be released? Not sure. I recently spoke with a RIM rep that verified this. However I forgot to ask if it will be available for ESN devices or just the MEID devices. Hope this helps.
