time to upgrade to new OS.

What carriers does carry this latest version? And if I want my BB to read chinese characters, which language should I choose? multi or east asian? I can only read chinese n english. no need for EU language

does it matter what platform im on ?Im looking to dl same os and my platform is (5.1.0.112) and none match does that matter ? still a newb sry
