I've had my 9630 on US Cellular for a while now, i used to have an 8830 WE so i have a pretty good understanding of BB OS. I've never however updated one myself, i've seen lots of ways to do it, can anyone provide me with the way they think is the easiest and a step by step process? THanks.

Stupid link wont work. If you go to the Storm 9500/9530 forum, look in the Storm tips, How to and FAQ forum. Toward the bottom you will see a thread created by Ulta777 titled INFO!!! HELP GUIDE: Upgrade/Downgrade, Backup, BRICKED STORM! Your FULL Resource!

That will have everything you need to do. Its the same process no matter what phone your using.
