I run an online business and get up to 1000 e-mails a day on my Blackberry, sometimes more. It's currently hooked up via BIS. Blackberry 9800 has been set to save e-mail for 15 days, anything older will be purged.
After doing a battery pull, the Blackberry will intermittently lag (clock) every 10 seconds roughly. The culprit is the e-mail. After a battery pull, if I go into the BIS E-mail account, I can see it loading all the e-mails slowly.
The top date of the Blackberry is February 9. Today is February 23 and will load until it gets to the very last e-mail. It'll do this for about 1-2 hours.
I'd like to know if any extreme e-mail users experience this issue as well.
EDIT: SOLVED
Gmail Plug-in was scanning each e-mail one by one which was lagging up the blackberry. BBSAK'ed the Gmail Plug-in CODs and now I'm back up and running.
