    i just updated my os to 5.0 and now my bbm contacts are gone..i dont seem to find the backup which i know i had. is there any way to get it back? when the phone prompt to backup i did now i have this file that says loader backup is this the backup? thanks

    when you say BBM is lost, do you mean the app itself? if it is there, try a manual wireless restore.
