I downloaded bbm 5.0 OTA and lost all of my contacts is there any way that I can get them back. I tried to restore them and when it asked me to specify a backup file I didn't have anything.

I have all my contacts backed up on DM, Can I do a restore and not lose my new apps and stuff?

That is your best option.. there's no way to recover the data prior to bbm5 installation unless you've made a backup ealier.

Yeah..I lost all my contacts also. Even with a backup, when I look to restore them it shows my Address Records as shaded and doesn't allow me to access them for restoration to my Storm. Just another BB headache if I have to re-enter all my Contacts. Anyone got a solution???
