    For everyone that has downloaded the newest version of BBM,

    when you guys scan a bar code, does your bb still make that "beep" after scanning?

    It seems like mine doesn't make the sound anymore after I scan a bar code. I'm worrying if there is something wrong with my 9700.

    Really dude?

    Mine used to make a small beep sound after scanning a bar code. After I updated, it stopped making the sound.

    Used to make a beep, I agree with you. Have no idea now though, haven't added anyone via barcode. If I try it out soon I'll let ya know

    If anything you can also try scanning a regular qr code from a website.
