See attached photo. Any reason twitter might be blocked on my dad's phone. It's a 9790. Never tried accessing twitter before on it, and today seems to be blocked. Data works. Same with email, youtube and so on. Is this a BB thing or Koodo thing?

Ya, tried deleting and reinstalling. Same message.
Unfortunately don't have much info. My dad wanted to start using Twitter, but as soon as he tried to open the app, he got the msg shown in the pic. Might need to try his service provider (koodo) and see if it's on their end.
