Under my BBM I go to Add Contact > Use Once > And it only gives me an E-mail option. There used to be an option to use a PIN and not their E-mail. Now I can't find it...

Laci, try a battery pull first. Remove your battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and re-insert battery. See if you got it, if not there is other options...
