Thanks for posting. This is an amazing Hybrid, IYAM. I picked up 25MB while keeping all my fav apps. My Tour was already really fast, but now it is uncanny.

Any way to get it faster? I'm sitting at 138.6MB and feel as if I'm getting robbed of more memory. A push to 140MB should keep me satisfied until I feel the need to go higher.

    Thanks in advance!

I feel as if I did something wrong here. I just upgraded my Tour to the Hybrid, and I'm running at 113.6MB.

I removed all custom themes, and only have about 6 or 7 apps installed.

@ irtehun: How many apps do you have installed while running at 139.3 MB's of free space, just curious? The best I've gotten so far is 123.6 with 9 apps myself. That's with a full wipe and re-install of v4.2.1.

im running 129.8 free on a reset. with hybrid and shrink an os. and im running the following
viigo, google search, bb app world, pandora, WHERE, google maps, weather bug elite, my verizon, assistant premium, xtreme labs speed test, call blocker, about 6 launchers and a small theme.

by the end of the day im hovering around 115-120mb free. no lag other then when viigo updates. and bbm5 gives me problems daily but everything else is perfect.

I run about 120 and have a lot of apps running.

try to register your host routing tables and resend your service books. that error is service provider side.

what could you possibly need more than 138.6mb free

did you shrink a lot of stuff...or do you keep games and things....i eleminated all my games and some of my docs to go....i kept the spread sheets....but you should shrink almost everything if you are wanting 130+mb.....(right)

will try this too but I updated to the hybrid yesterday and since then have been having problems sending SMS.. I get "SMS Error 3 - Network Problems when i have full service.. i had never gotten this error before yesterday...
i had the same issue the other day...i have sprint.....i reinstalled the hybrid and everything is working fine now.....maybe you should try to reinstall and see if you don't get a better install.....i would have to send the sms several times before it would go through....kept telling me error something.....i would resend, resend, until it actually went through.....

Network Problems = carrier side issue

if you already have 4.2 installed on your PC still just download and run the installer, shrink, and launch loader.exe. it will most likely show up as a downgrade, but that is what you want.
nevermind i just saw this post lol
sorry for not reading through first

Yeah....seems funny! To upgrade, you have to downgrade. Almost feels like going against the grain huh?

if a single COD module that is being installed is lower than one currently installed it is a downgrade.

Don't confuse us with you logic. Doesn't seem right. Keep is simple. Your upgrading with a down grade. Haha
