    Just get an OS 7 theme. Haha.
    There isn't much to it.

    Adding themes to hybrids is just like installing a theme minus 1 step for the user.

    Just install the theme. Its faster.

    install what ever you would like, and then head to the theme section on the forums.

    you should be able to find a lot of free and premium os7 icon themes to suit your needs
