Hey All,
My friend has a problem in BBM:
when he gets a BBM message on standby screen, it only shows the bbm icon in the notification bar. There should be a number 1 or 2 or whatever number of conversations just before the icon. He doesn't get the number no matter how many conversation messages he receives.
This just started to happen out of the blue. Did a battery pull and even upgraded to the latest BBM to no avail.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
