In prep of January 4th I switched all my device data from one 9720 to another 9720.

All my old SMS conversations were correctly copied over the new phone, however whenever I send a message on one of these conversations, a new conversation is started from scratch?

Any idea how I can stop this happening or how I can merge the conversations into one?

What good is switching from one defunct to another defunct since BIS will be shutdown?!?

Not using BIS on either.

Preparing for any eventuality so that I have a fully activated back up version of my current phone with all apps installed from BBW before it's shut down.
