My company uses a program to handle tickets. We update information within this program and so-on. The program is a basic form layout with labels and text fields, some are editable and some are not. On BB 5, we could scroll through all the fields and select text from both the editable and non-editable fields, allowing us to copy and paste information (e-mail address, tracking numbers, etc) from the details of the ticket. On BB 6, I've found that I'm not able to select text within these fields. There's no cursor or anything. Yes, I'm holding shift. It doesn't work.
What I'm trying to figure out is if this is BB 6 problem or if this is a design flaw within the app. This is on a Bold 9600.
