When I lock the screen, I don't hear the notification when somebody sends me a bbm... It works w/ vibrate, but not any of the audible profiles. Thoughts? I did a battery pull already....

Ya, it would be nice to know what has been received without having to unlock the phone.
this is happening to me and its driving me crazzzzzyyyy.... i've tried creating my own custom profiles and everything... no dice.
I get notifications when my phone is locked... BBM, sms, AIM, everything.
i'm jealous...........
