    Hey I am having some problems gettting my school email validated. Every once in a while I get an email from donotreply@blackberry.com telling me that I need to validate my account. Normally I go through email setup and there isn't a problem. However, this time I cannot get my school email to validate. After I click on Validate, it just comes back with the message "We were unable to validate the email account. Would you like to type the correct information?" and I can choose yes or no. If I select yes and type in my info again and hit save it comes back with an error message. This is really frustrating me and any help on how to get my email account validated would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Probably a server error on the school's side.

    MM is exactly right!

    I have this happen to me with my work email every weekend when the server restarts and my account needs to be validated again. Until they reboot or get the server working, you will not be able to validate your account. Believe me, it happens to be EVERY weekend!

    I had a validation issue with gmail and fixed it when I disabled advanced gmail imap controls.
