Since I installed this OS there is no Russian language on BB
Any ideas how I can install it?

To have Russian you need to install a multi-language version of an OS. You will know whether it is or not based on the filename.

I just installed russian font on my storm 9550 using the Russian COD's from the new 9700 multilanguage OS. Install the new 9700, then go to computer - C - program files - common files - research in motion - shared - loader files - 9700M_v5.0.0.421_P5.1.0.116 - java .. copy the main 34 RU COD's (excluding the Docs to go and crap COD's but otherwise all the other ones.) then once you have them copied use a program like BBSAK (blackberry swiss army knife) and install the COD's. Phone should restart and you should have russian input.
