Hi...

My BB crashed couple days ago and thanks to crackberry I can upgrade my BB without taking it to BB shop.
The problem is I lost all my BBM contacts

I browse all info on crackberry regarding how to restore BBM contacts but none of them match to my situation so I do really need your help..

Here's the thing...
Couple months ago my BB (Blackberry 8830 world edition - Bell) crashed and I took it to BB shop. They upgrading my OS as well as my BBM but none of my BBM contacts was disappear.. and I remember for sure I back up my BBM contacts to my email (yahoo).

Before my BB crashed for the 2nd time, I erase my yahoo email and substitute it with my other email and I'm not sure whether I restore my BBM contacts to the new email...

And after I upgrading for the 2nd time, and add my old email it said that there is no backup contacts..

please heeellllppp.. is there any way to restore my bbm contacts? need you help...

sounds like they didn't successfully back up.

did you by chance back your device up using desktop manager?

I barely using desktop manager so as far as I remember, I never backup my bbm contacts using desktop manager

so is there anything I can do to restore my contacts?

well if you never backed them up, then no, they're gone sorry to say..
