Is the desktop manager the only way you can reinstall bbm or is there a link somewhere that you can do it through your phone? Thanks.

Well, because I installed BBM 5 OTA (and not thru Desktop Mgr), I was able to uninstall it the same way with ZERO issues (other than that I lost all of my contacts).

I found a BBM 4.5 OTA link so I was also able to reinstall it with no problems either.


(note: I am a complete BB NEWBIE.. and this was easy even for me).
