As 694 is an older build, I very much doubt that it will work with any 714 hybrid.

yes.. agreed... u still the best bro....
Lol na bro, still learning la ...
Hi raikko,
Thanks for the hybrid, Which base OS and sfi do you suggest for the bold 9790?
714 its ok too
That really doesn't make any sense Zocster, because your very own Berrylicious hybrid for AT&T users is a .714 hybrid that uses the .694 sfi.
yes.. its make sense... this hybrid release before all device got leak 714..
we got 714 cod from 1st device received 714 leak....fyi info...
same leak version still same cod version..
But what I am saying is the berrylicious hybrid for AT&T uses .714 cods but works with .694 sfi, so why wouldn't it work with this one?
cant work???? all SFI can use for any hybrid.... although the oldest SFI...
i dont know how u do it.... as a hybrider... we know... we can change any sfi we want..
LOL. The only other choice is try it and find out. ;)
what sfi is used within this hybrid for the torch 9810?
and can i use .714 as the base os (assuming i can considering i delete everything inside it anyway for the hybrid)?
Thanks:)
:)yes you can use sfi 714 for your device do not wipe your java just put this java over anything else we are here
Thanks Ohad.. So this hybrid doesn't have an sfi included? Is that right?
And if I just want a particular sfi, would I need to download the whole os from BlackBerry and just copy the "umts" folder where the sfi is held?
Thanks again for the info:D
ok thx you you choose are built i always prefer to do an upload over fresh os so download new 714 os and put the java on and you will get the best results :)
Sweeeet! Thanks again Ohad for the work on the hybrid (and Raikko5 ;) )
Will load this up soon and post some results :D
You are always welcome!

thanks... will have to see it for my self. im not that heavy user. I only use the phone just for text messages all the time and probably 1-2 voice calls.
I have a 9810 device. i have downloaded the 9810 link. after that link has been downloaded on the first post you mentioned to download BBM 6.2.0.56 fix,. just to confirm im going to copy everything from that folder and past it to the Java Folder?
thanks......
pls paste it to the base os folder not to java folder..
Installed this hybrid on Monday night..so nearly 48 hours in and it's settling quite nicely. I didn't restore my 3rd party apps, just restored my data so battery life and memory have been quite good (battery life 22 hours in and down to 46% left, this is with a few short calls, few emails and medium browsing) memory leak (none - whatsoever - 252 megs free), these figures could rightly so be contributed to no 3rd party apps (including BBM and appworld) so I'm not sure how good that battery life is however with calls, text and email 22 hours off charge and with 46% sounds good :-p
Anyway I will update you guys once I install some apps (when it's settled) I wanna see which app affects battery life/memory the most..otherwise the speed is awesome :D thanks guys for a great hybrid
thanks mikeys.... great review from u......
Just a little update :)
So today was a bit weird, still haven't installed any 3rd party apps..however the sound while making a call was non-existent after not pulling the battery for the day as it has been more than 48 hours..I received a call and couldn't hear a thing, also confirmed on other end with no sound..so im not quite sure what this may refer too (sfi, carrier, cod related) however other than that it has been great..so yeah just some critical info the hybrid builders to look into ;)
(also I'm on the vodafone network in Australia, so that AT&T issue shouldn't affect me..:straight-face: )
Thanks guys :)
i still thinking... why people talking about OS release by certain carrier got issue for others.
for me.. i nvr using my home carrier release.. never.... still got good result...
if cause SFI.. is make sense for me..... maybe u should try using original pack of hybrid we release....
i'm also using 9810 like u....
