You're not shrinking it right. How good a hybrid runs also depends on how you load the hybrid into your phone. I suggest you do some reading and learning before you do anything else.

One of the best hybrids on my 9810 to date. I've been using this hybrid for almost a week and at my busiest times, I've yet to avg over 3.5 or have less than 40% left on my battery and my day starts at 04:00 and ends around midnight. Browser is smooth, quick, and very responsive when rendering pages. Thanks for posting.

No problem. Although, I'm currently testing another hybrid, I would still recommend this hybrid to others.

SO my current OS is pretty bad at least my phone does have a few bugs. I want to wipe it again. Is it possible to install .714 as base and then put the java files in that OS. Or do I need a different OS base? Got a BB9900

There are so many files to download. Which one do I need? I dont get it... What is the hybrid os pack for 9900. Is it already the hybrid OS, so I just need to install that or do I need a base.... ?
Do i need the main app file?

Thx for being so patient with me. I finally did it yesterday ad so far it looks very good to me. The device is overall much smoother, nearly every bug I had seems to be wiped out except from my very bad GPS Signal.
Only thing is I need german input. I can live with that the next weeks, however as soon as a new version comes out, Ill reinstall a OS with german language.

Since I am an AT&T user, I was wondering if the .694 sfi would be compatible with this hybrid? Could I install the hybrid following your instructions and then just replace the sfi with the .694 one?
