@awq:
Just download the 9300 Hybrid pack. When you replace the files in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9330AllLang_v6.0.0.707_P4.4.0.562 folder, save the .sfi file out of the cdma folder. Put that .sfi file in the GPRS folder and delete the .sfi file that came with the Hybrid pack. Now open the Platform.alx file in Notepad or similar program, and change the .sfi file name in there to match the one you put in the GPRS folder. Run the App Loader and voila, pick your setup and good to go.

Just installed OS on my 9780. Only two oddities so far :
1) the memo pad application doesn't seem to work.
2) on boot up get following error message: "Uncaught exception. Application registry waitFor (0x70170be9d2fc292) timeout.
Any thoughts on a fix for either?
it sure is take so much time to stabilize eh? i see some improvement, compared to Edition 1. the obvious things is, so responsive. and the other is, smooth browser. that's what i'm seeing now. will drop another report tomorrow.
