Has anyone tried this? Comments or concerns? What would b better for using msn messenger on my pearl - this or that JiveTalk app everyone seems 2b talking about? I dont really know much about either of these apps. and this is my first BB.
JiveTalk is great. You can download a free 30 day trial of it. After that you need to purchase a license. But it's worth it in my opinion. So at the very least, give the 30 day trial a shot.
I downloaded WebMessenger yesterday, seems ok so far. Not sure how much it would differ from Jivetalk accept that the screenshots i've seen of Jivetalk look prettier lol. I just got my Pearl yesterday so if anyone can point out the differences for me that would be great
Does the web messenger look the same as on yur PC?
It lists all the IM buddies from different apps and you click the name and it goes to a conversation screen...not sure what you mean by "the same as on your pc"

Just ment the screen shots.....u said jivetalk looked prettier!
And u were right - JiveTalk does look pretty good. I got it installed and running now, easy peazy - we'll c how this free trial goes - but it looks pretty good to me so far!
Once it's on your phone you just use the trial license.
yea i got er now, i jus ment it was checking the license for my pin# i just didnt want to put the actual pin# on here...i dunno i'm jus paranoid bout **** like that! lol
