Question About Changing Hybrids (Probably A Simple Answer)

I downloaded the .419 OS last night and applied the 419/436 Hybrid to it. Today I decided I wanted to try the 419/428 hybrid, so I deleted the OS off my PC via control panel add/remove programs and I deleted the loader files out of the folder.

I reinstalled the OS and reapplied the hybrid I wanted to try but at the end after I shrink and start loader it just says "no action necessary"......but when I check my phone it's still showing the 419/436 hybrid instead of the 419/428.


Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

sounds like you may have missed deleting the 436 hybrids files, and you're trying to re-shrink an already shrank os. if so you probably installed the 436 os again as well. try uninstalling any/all os versions via control panel, manually deleting the os folder in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\shared and start from scratch with the desired hybrid.
