    If an email is pushed to my device while the device is off or restarting or something, will the device ever receive it?

    Yes the device will still receive all pushed e-mails, you will get a notification once your device is turned back on.

    Email won't be pushed until your device is ready to receive it. When the phone comes on line, all the queued up messages will be delivered.

    Emails are only pushed when your device is powered on and under coverage.
