Hello-
Last month I switched from the Curve 8330 to the new 8530. Before the switch, when I received and opened a comcast email on my phone it would show as opened when logged into Comcast via my computer. Also when I would delete the email, it would remove it from my inbox on both my phone and on comcast.net.
On my new curve 8530, when I read or delete the emails, they still show as "new" on comcast.net.
Is there a fix?
