Problems on BBM group notifications

Hello i got a BB 8520 a week ago I had BBM 5.0.0.55 i updated to 5.0.0.56 and now to 5.0.0.57... and Im having some problems with the group I created with my friends. at first it all worked fine but now i get no notifications frome messages that i get from the group.. neither sound nor the icon at the top nor the star at the bbm icon. on individual chat bbm conversations i get sounds and visual notifications, aswell on email, sms mms... the only thing i dont get is notifications on incoming group messages... i checked the profile seccion for bbm groups and i do have a ringtone for it and i dont have it on mute, i have it on tone + vibrationand as i said before it does not sound nor vibrates nor show any visual notification, i hope i explained my self correctly.

PS i already did a battery pull just in case and no fx

I have the same issue on both of my 8330's....Group Chat notifications have never worked properly. I doubt anything is wrong with your phone.

About group notifications, if you are in the chat (doesnt matter if the screen is off or not) you will not get a notification, if you back out of the chat you will get a notification. You only get one notification for a new message, any messages after that wont alert you until you have read all messages and backed out of the chat again.
