I've just finished downloading the newest blackberry messenger on my 8310 phone. Reeboted as asked and when I open the new messenger it asks to accept the License Agreement. When I click "I accept" nothing happens, I�ve tried the enter botton, the trackball and almost every botton available. Please help!
Try a battery pull.

Try deleting the application from the applications list (Options, Advanced Options, Applications) reset your BB when asked. Then redownload BBM 5 again.

I am also having the same problem. i deleted the application through options, advanced options, application then deleting it.. i did it more than ten times! i also pulled the battery numerous times but it still doesnt work.. through my countless times i was able to get passed it. BBM will work for less than 10 mins then it completely freezes and im back in the cycle of deleting the application and reinstalling it.. can someone help PLEASE!!
