Problem receiving bbm from some contacts

Hello all -

My bbm works fine with some contacts, but others only receive my bbms (shows D on my screen, but not R, although they get my bbms) and they can't answer me.

I've tried everything, from battery pulls to re-installing my OS, my bbm is updated and all... still no progress!

It works perfectly with some contacts but not at all with others!

Any ideas?

I have the same issue. My company uses BlackBerry balance with an IT policy to filter non-company PINS that are not in my address book. The combination should still work but I have 1 individual that for sure I'm having trouble with (and may be others).:confused:
