I updated the software for my javelin and blackberry messenger changed. When I had a conversation previously, it would save the entire conversation when i copied and pasted it. However now it just saves whatever I can see by scrolling up, deleting the conversation before that. It only does that with one person though.

Recommend you go back to your original OS if you don't like your upgraded OS.

Open up DM and go to load applications and load it... it's part of a typicial OS load, so you would have to uncheck it in order for it NOT to be loaded on your device.

First, double check your "Instant Messaging" folder!!!

Fatboy's method will work. Just retrieve it through DM. I think you can only
get it through there as long as the OS is installed on your PC.

As long as the OS is installed on your PC Blackberry Messenger will come out
on the app loader to be retrieved.

Roxy if that's the case then you might need to reload your OS.

Also, since you have about 800 themes on your phone , switch themes to
an original one and see if it comes out.

or...

Do a battery pull for good measure and make sure your phone isn't running in
safe mode or something. If not, then you'll probably need to reload the OS.

tried the og theme and nada...looked in DM...went advanced even and it aint there and if it was deleted it was deleted couple months ago before my 2 OS upgrades...
