I downloaded the leaked OS and now am having problems with BB App World - well actually, it is just the Quick Pull Lite app. I tried to download the app and it is just sitting there saying "starting download." I have performed a battery pull, deleted App World, reinstalled it, and Quick Pull says it is still "starting download."

Anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue? I would appreciate any help you may have!

I dont know about that problem.... but there is no need for that application

Thanks much for that info! I still want App World on my BB in order to download other apps..... but when I reload App World, it still shows that darn Quick Pull trying to load! I can't get rid of it! Thanks again....

does quick pull show up in your APPS? try deleting it if it does, delete App World as well if its listed, do battery pull, then download app world again. . . .and btw. . quickpull doesnt work with .230 (or mine doesn't at least)

Yes - it shows up, but the download bar just sits there - not moving at all. Will not let me delete it. I have deleted App World again, re-installed, and it still does the same thing. Looks like Quick Pull just isn't going to work with this OS. I suppose I will have to go back to the old Alg/Right Shift/Del to reboot! Thanks for your help!

If you go to BlackberryOS.com on the home page they did have a download for the version of App World that works with 5.0 if that is the OS you are running. And you can go to BBHybrids - Blackberry Hybrids and register (free) and get the BBM 4.7 that works with OS 5.0 . I have the .230 on my Tour and QuickPull and all my other apps work fine. Love It!!

I believe so but I like how QuickPull allows you to set times for reboots.
